Information we process
We process account details such as email address, authentication identifiers, layer schemas and feature data, API and usage events, import metadata, support messages, and technical data such as IP-derived rate-limit identifiers, browser information, timestamps, and request volume.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure LayrQ, authenticate users, enforce quotas, process payments, measure reliability, prevent abuse, respond to support, and meet legal obligations. IP addresses used for anonymous abuse controls are transformed into keyed hashes before application-level storage.
Service providers
LayrQ uses providers including Supabase for database and authentication, Vercel for application hosting, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. LayrQ does not store complete payment-card details.
Sharing and public layers
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, when you direct us to, to protect users and the platform, or when legally required. Data in public layers is intentionally accessible on the internet. Unlisted URLs are not a substitute for authentication.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to operate the service, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes. Anonymous layers follow the published retention period. Security controls include access policies, hashed API credentials, transport encryption, and restricted administrative access, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can export or delete layers, revoke API keys, and request account assistance through Support. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information. We may need to verify your request before acting.
Children and changes
LayrQ is not directed to children under 13. We will post policy updates on this page and change the effective date when the policy is revised.
