Using LayrQ
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the service only as permitted by law. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, API keys, anonymous browser session, and applications.
Your data
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant LayrQ the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that data to operate the service. You must have the rights required to upload and expose your data.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass quotas or security controls, probe other users’ data, upload unlawful or harmful material, distribute malware, interfere with the platform, or use LayrQ for safety-critical decisions without independent review. We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove access that creates risk or unreasonable load.
Free service and prepaid balance
Limits and pricing are described on the Plans page and may change prospectively. Flex is prepaid, not a subscription. Purchased balance does not expire while the service remains available, but is not redeemable for cash and is non-refundable except where required by law. Stripe processes payments; LayrQ credits balance only after verified payment confirmation.
Availability and changes
LayrQ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. You should maintain independent exports and backups of important data. Anonymous data expires under the applicable retention policy.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LayrQ disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost profit damages. LayrQ’s aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid to LayrQ during the twelve months before the event giving rise to it. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so applicable law may give you additional rights.
Termination and updates
You may stop using LayrQ at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security threats, legal requirements, or prolonged inability to operate the service. Material updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
